Here at High Grange, we build our homes to fulfil your needs. We wouldn’t begin construction on a High Grange home unless it has been reserved – this way we can develop a home as unique and as individual as you are.
Once you have decided on the type of home you want and identified the plot you would like, we start the buying process. It’s a simple process:
- You will need to pay a reservation fee. This fee ensures that the plot you have chosen will be taken off the market. The reservation period is generally 12 weeks, though depending on your individual circumstances it may be extended. This will be agreed at the signing stage.
- At the end of the reservation period, we will require a deposit of either 5% or 10% of the total cost of your home (this will include the reservation fee already paid). The deposit percentage will have been previously agreed upon.
- Once you have paid your deposit the building will begin!

Throughout the build of your home, we will be on hand to address any questions or queries that may inevitably pop up during the build process. We’ll keep you updated throughout the continuing progress of your home, as well as inviting you to visit the site as often as is possible to oversee the development for yourself.
