At Mariners Way, High Grange has drawn heavily on the extensive heritage of Whitehaven, designs being inspired by the town’s Georgian architecture.

When complete Mariners Way will consist of just 14 dwellings. By concentrating its time on projects of this size it ensures that quality is never compromised and that the highest standards of craftsmanship are used during every stage of construction, right through to interior decorating.

Phase 1 at Mariners Way comprises the Greenwich and Burnham designs. Reminiscences of a bygone era are evoked when approaching the imposing entrance to these elegant houses with their bespoke timber doors and sandstone portico. This is further emphasised by the tiled vestibule, again with locally hand crafted timber inner door.

The kitchen is supplied exclusively from the SieMatic collection. The integral dishwasher, fridge and freezer are by top of the range manufacturer Miele. The combination oven microwave, conventional oven and 5- ring gas hob are by Neff as is the stainless steel extractor hood.

The internal appointment throughout the properties exemplifies the top quality specification for which High Grange is well known. Light oak internal doors, solid oak stair banister hand rails, stone fireplace with living flame gas fire are just a few of the standard features found inside these High Grange homes.

Phase 2 is well under way. The final three dwellings in this phase are available for reservation. These are dormer bungalows in the Marlborough design. Depending on the construction stage, there is scope for each one to be tailored to individual preferences. The highest standards of specification and craftsmanship is maintained throughout as would be expected on 'the best site in UK'.
